Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to join our team at Canada Inc. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload products and materials from trucks, containers, and storage areas.
  • Operate a variety of equipment to move materials and products, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Weigh materials and goods to ensure accurate inventory and shipping records.
  • Wrap and pack goods for shipping and storage.
  • Sort, crate, and stack goods to ensure efficient storage and shipping.
  • Install, lash, and secure goods to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Transport and distribute materials and goods to various locations within the warehouse and distribution center.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements
  • Criminal record check required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical ability to handle heavy loads and work at heights.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and hours, including weekends and holidays.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center environment with a team of experienced professionals. The work environment is physically demanding and requires the ability to work at heights and handle heavy loads.
