Key Responsibilities

  • Profitability Management: Analyze guest satisfaction metrics and service trends to drive operational improvements and achieve financial goals.
  • Revenue Oversight: Monitor sales performance against budget, review financial reports, and coach the operations team to optimize occupancy and manage expenses effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a culture of service excellence by aligning departmental goals with the brand's vision and ensuring effective communication across teams.
  • Guest Experience Management: Actively engage with guests to gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance overall satisfaction within the hotel.
  • Human Resources Management: Promote a fair and equitable workplace, facilitate ongoing communication, and support employee development through performance reviews and feedback mechanisms.

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience:

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience.
