About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Assistant to join our team at Saurabh Pandalai Medicine Professional Corporation. As a Medical Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Assist with administrative duties, including maintaining patient records, processing claims, and scheduling appointments.
    • Manage inventory of medications and pharmaceutical products, and maintain prescription records.
  • Patient Care
    • Administer tests using equipment, instruct patients on test procedures, and record results.
    • Assist health care professionals with patient assessments and treatment programs.
    • Monitor donors throughout procedures and provide post-donation care.
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Clean and maintain equipment, including sterilization equipment and instrumentation.
    • Set up and dismantle equipment, and prepare solutions for preservation of specimens.
  • Communication
    • Develop information materials for patients, and assist with physical examinations.
    • Document patient rehabilitation progress, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
    • Manual dexterity and ability to distinguish between colors.
