As a Software QA Tester at Alimentiv Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our medical imaging software and hardware products. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and execute manual tests to validate the functionality, performance, and compliance of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases to verify the functionality, usability, and performance of medical imaging software and hardware applications across different platforms and environments.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including requirements traceability, design files, and user manuals.
- Perform manual testing, including smoke, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution using tools, such as JIRA, for the reporting, tracking, and resolution of defects/deviations/incidents.
- Collaborate with product team members to ensure timely investigation and resolution of identified issues.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of related experience.
- A recognized degree or diploma program in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Familiarity with medical imaging testing methodologies, processes, standards, techniques, and practices, such as computer system validation, computer system assurance, GAMP5, and knowledge of ISO62304 and ISO62366.
- Strong knowledge of Postman, JMeter, TestRail, and other API testing tools.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Github issues, or other project management and defect management tools.
- Proficiency in test automation tools, such as Selenium and UI Vision, or similar platforms.
- Experience with design patterns in React, automating desktop application UI testing, SQL/MySQL preferred.
- Hybrid
