As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and transportation of products to the sales floor or in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, responding to customer inquiries, and delivering merchandise as required.
  • Operations: Receive, scan, verify, and store all incoming and overstock products according to established procedures and policies. Ship returns, reconcile inventory differences, and prepare merchandise for filing and sorting.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to achieve goals and objectives, share ideas and opinions, and participate in meetings and training as required.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of warehouse and store layout.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to work in other areas of the store is an asset.
  • Certification in operating warehouse equipment is an asset.
