Job Summary:

BeachHead Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage a range of IT projects and deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to manage processes and company assets, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives and team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager responsible for standard-to-complex IT projects.
  • 7+ years with a combination of delivery experience within applications, infrastructure, IT currency, infosec, and other IT delivery areas.
  • 7+ years of experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and C-level stakeholders within an organization.
  • 5+ years of experience concurrently managing 3 – 5 multi-faceted projects ranging from simple to complex in nature.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification
