As a Principal Consultant, your role will encompass the management and coordination of project teams, execution of strategic plans, and facilitation of business process evaluations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and analyzing business requirements, managing requirements, and developing functional designs.
  • Prototyping and designing processes, conducting testing, and providing training.
  • Defining support procedures, directing work streams, and aiding in implementations.

You will leverage your NetSuite consulting expertise, employing industry-leading best practices and a pragmatic approach to meet clients' intricate needs.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Conducting business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients, both on-site and remotely.
  • Implementing and deploying tailored solutions that address unique industry, business, and regulatory requirements.
  • Migrating legacy transactional and entity data from existing systems to NetSuite.
  • Troubleshooting issues that may arise during configuration sessions.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of NetSuite consulting experience.
  • The capability to actively engage in multiple projects, interacting directly with senior-level client personnel throughout the implementation process.
  • Experience leading full-cycle implementations, with at least 7 successful NetSuite implementations as the lead consultant.
  • A track record of mentoring and enhancing the skills of junior consultants, fostering their NetSuite knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex implementations and client expectations effectively.
