About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team at Dixie Auto Repair Inc. as a key member of our repair and maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and repair or replace damaged windshields, windows, and sunroofs
  • Clean and maintain workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
  • Operate specialized equipment, such as soldering tools and paint mixers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet customer expectations
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and standing for extended periods
  • Ability to work overtime as required
