Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with Guest Room Maintenance: Work closely with housekeeping staff to ensure that guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that the housekeeping department is adequately staffed and that tasks are completed on time.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 to 44 hours per week
