We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 745797 NB INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register with accuracy and efficiency, handling customer transactions and managing cash and credit transactions.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with Inventory Management by receiving and stocking merchandise, rotating stock, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work Collaboratively with Colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and productive team dynamic.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Store Policies and Procedures by attending training sessions, reading company communications, and adhering to all store policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is not required, but a willingness to learn and develop skills is essential.
  • Previous Retail Experience is an asset, but not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to our team members.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm is crucial for success in this role.
