Environmental Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to join our Resilience Team in Calgary, Alberta. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing environmental projects, including contaminated site investigations, remediation design and implementation, and environmental monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and technical resources
  • Provide technical advice and report preparation
  • Adhere to corporate policy and procedures, and maintain quality, health and safety, and performance management systems
  • Manage and mentor staff
  • Direct technical tasks and field programs for contaminated site investigations, feasibility studies, remediation design and implementation, hydrogeological studies, and monitoring programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geoscience, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of direct experience with contaminated sites and site remediation
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) and/or Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) designation in Alberta
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Willing to travel to project sites and meetings as required
