Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and Restocking: Prepare, package, and restock goods as needed.

  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods from vehicles.
  • Package Sorting: Sort packages for delivery.
  • Navigation: Follow directions and read maps to ensure efficient delivery routes.
  • Record Keeping: Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems encountered.
  • Payment and Receipt: Pay and receive payments for goods.
Requirements
  • Transportation/Travel Experience: Local transportation experience is required.
  • Security and Safety: A clean driving record is essential.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: A valid driver's license is required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This role is physically demanding.
  • Screening Questions: You must be legally able to work in Canada, reside in proximity to the advertised location, and have previous experience in this field of employment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 35-40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
