- Staff Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Training: Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Resource Estimation: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Staff Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
- Budget Management: Prepare budget proposals and cost estimates for food service operations.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational performance.

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
Qualifications- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.

- Work Hours: Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
