Position Overview

As an integral part of the RS team, you will provide exceptional food and beverage service to our patrons by embodying our Vision and Values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests in a courteous and welcoming manner.
  • Handle phone inquiries with professionalism.
  • Ensure that all menus and wine lists are well-organized and presentable before each shift.
  • Accurately manage and confirm reservations.
  • Display and maintain menus effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to develop and implement seating arrangements.
  • Assign seating to guests in accordance with the seating plan.
  • Relay any special requests to the serving staff and bussers.
  • Optimize the dining room capacity by assisting with table resets and other necessary tasks.
  • Support Bussers, Servers, Bartenders, and Management as needed.
  • Comply with all RS service standards and policies.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and procedures.
  • Work in alignment with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
Qualifications

  • Smart Serve certification is mandatory.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in a busy restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Experience with cash handling is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
