Our team, known as Mobilists, excels in providing insightful customer service and expert advice across a diverse range of telecommunications carriers, including Bell, Telus, Rogers, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Engage with customers daily to facilitate sales and enhance their shopping experience.
- Provide continuous training and development to team members, enhancing their product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market presence.
- Monitor team performance, offering constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
- Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered, addressing any escalated issues to maintain satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, implementing strategies to minimize loss and optimize turnover.
- Manage visual merchandising, ensuring product placement and displays are optimized for sales.
- Adhere to budgetary guidelines, managing expenses and labor costs effectively.
- Perform additional duties as required to support store operations.
