Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Structural Steel Drafter to join our team at Summa Architectural & Structural Metal Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and preparing design sketches, preparing construction specifications, costs, and material estimates, and preparing contracts and tenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare design sketches and drawings
  • Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates
  • Prepare contracts and tenders
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Complete documentation packages and drawing sets
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Or equivalent experience
