Key Responsibilities
  • Service Management: Assess the types of services to be provided and establish effective operational protocols.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and manage stock levels to maintain optimal inventory.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the establishment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Engage with suppliers to secure favorable terms for food and other necessary supplies.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications

Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years but less than 3 years of relevant experience in a managerial role within the food service industry.

Employment Type: Permanent position.

Language of Work: Proficiency in English is necessary.

Working Hours: Expect to work between 35 to 40 hours per week.
