Position Overview

As a key member of our security team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while fostering positive relationships with clients and visitors.
  • Perform regular patrols to maintain safety standards and identify any policy violations or concerns.
  • Respond promptly to security alarms and emergencies, demonstrating professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage crisis situations effectively, providing support and coordinating with emergency services such as police, fire, and medical teams.
  • Implement crowd control measures and manage the removal of unauthorized individuals.
  • Document incidents and daily activities through detailed reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Administer first aid and medical assistance as necessary.
  • Utilize communication tools, including two-way radios and software applications, to report site activities.
  • Oversee Lost & Found procedures and assist with inquiries.

Qualifications:

Must possess a Class 5 Advanced License or higher.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Excellent observational skills.
  • Capability to make swift decisions while remaining calm in emergency situations with minimal oversight.
  • Physical ability to walk long distances and navigate stairs.

Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
