Job Title: IT Coordinator

Fed IT is seeking a highly skilled IT Coordinator to join our team. As an IT Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, administering access authorizations, and managing IT assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide level 1 or 2 technical support to clients
  • Administer access authorizations and manage IT assets
  • Supervise and manage cybersecurity training programs
  • Manage and coordinate IT projects
  • Contribute to business process development through automation and technological integration
  • Monitor work progress, manage costs, and supervise invoicing
  • Supervise employee induction and training programs
  • Work with management to develop technological transformation strategies
  • Maintain a technology watch to identify emerging trends

The ideal candidate will have a DEC in computer science, at least two years of experience in a similar role, and mastery of Microsoft tools. They will also have excellent communication skills, autonomy, adaptability, and analytical skills.
