Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris; empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems; contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Health and Safety: Perform safety and security checks; work with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Industrial facility or establishment; oilfield construction industry.
  • Certifications: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
