- Client Coverage: Establish and maintain client insurance coverage, ensuring that all necessary forms, medical examinations, and policy requirements are completed.
- Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Policy Information: Provide clients with detailed information concerning group and individual insurance packages, including the range of risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Certifications: Provincial or territorial licence.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, and organizational abilities.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
