Job Title: General Construction Supervisor

Unibuild Construction Management Ltd is seeking a skilled General Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Estimate costs and materials, prepare bids, and ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Prepare production and other reports, coordinate and schedule activities, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules, read blueprints and drawings, and requisition materials and supplies.
  • Supervise workers and projects, train or arrange for training, and coordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the construction industry.
  • Permanent employment, 40 hours per week, with English as the primary language of work.

  • Organized and a team player.
