About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at the University of Toronto. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for enhancing the quality of our data, providing analytical support, and developing reports to inform our strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain databases and data visualization dashboards to support business intelligence
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop reports to meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data management and analysis, preferably in a higher education environment
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Azure Factory, and PowerBI
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
