About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Household Assistant to join our team at Adebayo Taiwo. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our private residence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Household Management: Make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Errands and Shopping: Shop for food and household supplies.
  • Special Tasks: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Work in a private residence, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities: Dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, patience, and honesty.
