Reel FX Creative Studios is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of our production team, the Associate Production Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our production crew, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all production schedules and deadlines, ensuring that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
• Manage and coordinate the work of production assistants and coordinators, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with department supervisors to prioritize tasks and allocate resources, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard.
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels with all team members, ensuring that everyone is informed and up-to-date on project progress and any changes or updates.
• Provide regular status reports to the Production Manager and Producers, highlighting any issues or concerns and suggesting solutions or alternatives.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of production software and systems, ensuring that all team members are trained and proficient in their use.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that all workflows are efficient and effective.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the animation or film industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and teams, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of team members and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office and production software, including scheduling and project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues and challenges.
