About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at C-Care Services Inc. as a Nursing Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities and provide companionship and support during these activities.
  • Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort, including bathing, dressing, and grooming patients.
  • Serve meal trays and feed patients in a safe and respectful manner.
  • Make beds and maintain patients' rooms to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as toileting and mobility.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Criminal record check and First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate are required.
  • Ability to work in an urban area and various locations.
  • Fluency in English is required.
