About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Stock Associate to join our team at Satguru Foods (NW) Ltd. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stockroom and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing Stock: Unpack products received by the store, count, weigh, or sort items, and record incoming stock.
  • Stockroom Maintenance: Keep stock clean and in order, and ensure that shelves and display areas are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Customer Service: Direct customers to the location of articles sought, and assist with bagging, boxing, or parceling purchases for customers.
  • Order Picking: Retrieve articles for customers from the shelf or stockroom, and perform general cleaning duties as needed.
  • Training and Development: Will train on the job to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Experience: Will train, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is essential.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule.
