Machinist Technician

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team at CBR Laser inc. in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and adjusting production machineries/tools, fitting and assembling components and machine parts to close tolerance, and verifying dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to ensure accurate production.
- Set up and adjust production machineries/tools to meet quality and productivity standards.
- Fitting and assembling components and machine parts to close tolerance, ensuring precise measurements and quality control.
- Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
- Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
- Dependability, flexibility, initiative, and team player skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
The successful candidate will work in a manufacturing environment with a 40-hour workweek. The position requires the ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
