Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Payroll and Tax Preparation: Prepare and process payroll, and prepare tax returns.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Experience an asset, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
