Marketing Coordinator Job Description

Ms. H Studio is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement effective communication plans to engage with our target audience.
  • Develop Policies: Establish and maintain marketing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Prepare Written Material: Write and edit reports, briefs, and website content to promote our brand and products.
  • Publicize Activities: Plan and execute publicity events, workshops, and meetings to promote our brand and products.
  • Conduct Surveys: Analyze data on consumer buying habits and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Advise Clients: Provide expert advice on advertising and sales promotion strategies to our clients.
  • Assist in Preparation: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate Special Events: Plan and execute special publicity events and promotions to promote our brand and products.
  • Conduct Research: Conduct analytical marketing studies and social or economic surveys to assess development and future trends.
  • Design Research Questionnaires: Design and conduct market research questionnaires to gather data on consumer preferences.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.
  • Maintain Digital Database: Maintain and manage our digital database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Consult with Clients: Provide ongoing support and consultation to our clients after the sale.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
