The incumbent will help implement new communications processes and guide communications at all organizational levels in collaboration with executives, business lines, divisions, and functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing internal communications plans to mobilize employees around the company's key business priorities;
  • Designing and producing powerful communication tools (presentations, videos, visual Workplace publications, etc.);
  • Writing and editing various memos, announcements, and other documents for internal distribution in English and French;

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications or related discipline;
  • A minimum of 5 years experience, mainly in internal communications;

  • Strong writing skills and ability to explain complex subjects in plain language;
  • Ability to see the big picture and take cultural considerations into account when drafting and disseminating messages;
  • Ability to manage projects and work collaboratively with different teams in a dynamic environment across various offices across Canada;
