Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Oncologist to join our team at Boundary Bay Veterinary Specialty Hospital. As a Veterinary Oncologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating animals with cancer, providing radiation therapy and chemotherapy, and working closely with other specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat animals with cancer, including providing radiation therapy and chemotherapy
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with other specialists
  • Provide consultations and support to pet owners
  • Collaborate with other specialists and ER doctors in our hospital
  • Build a network of good working relationships with our referring veterinarians
Requirements
  • Board certification or residency training in veterinary oncology
  • Experience in diagnosing and treating animals with cancer
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other specialists and ER doctors
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
