Marketing Director - Innovation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead and own the strategy for a three-year pipeline of innovation for all brands within Meals and Culinary at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH.

This individual will build a strategic vision, set the agenda, and oversee the innovation launch calendar, ensuring alignment with cross-functional partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CPG marketing and experience in leading innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a three-year innovation pipeline for Meals and Culinary brands
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
  • Collaborate with Foodservice Vend partners to create brand experiences in new channels
  • Coach and develop a marketing team of 3
  • Play a key role on the PFC MLT, PFC ILT, and Growth Council

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate/Graduate Degree in Business or Marketing
  • ~10+ years of marketing experience in CPG and/or relevant industry
