{"h1": "General Manager", "p": "We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Quantam Software Application Services Ltd.

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our organization and making strategic decisions to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
* Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
* Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
* Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
* Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff
* Conduct performance reviews
* Establish financial and administrative controls

Requirements:

* Bachelor\u2019s degree
* 5 years or more of experience
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
