- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supply Chain Management
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
- Marketing and Customer Service
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our café and attract new customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience in our café.
- Leadership and Supervision
- Lead and instruct a team of 3-4 employees to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Café Manager who has a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will have a strong understanding of financial management, performance management, and inventory management, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Requirements- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of financial management, performance management, and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
