Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at Fastenal. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our vending program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make deliveries to customer sites using a company vehicle, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Perform replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Interact with customers while making deliveries, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Place and fulfill orders at customer sites, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving record requirements.
  • Proficient written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented.
  • Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages that typically weigh 25-50 pounds and may weigh up to 75 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or industry-related work experience.
