Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Mike's Insulation Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the installation of insulation materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and performing various tasks related to construction and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Fit insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs
  • Fabricate and apply removable insulation pads and covers
  • Measure and cut insulating materials to required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools
  • Apply and secure insulation using spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping, and other application and installation methods
  • Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials
