Location: Pickering
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Shift: 7am - 4pm

Overview:
Join MGR Workforce as a skilled Bobcat Operator and leverage your expertise in a vibrant and fulfilling work environment. We are looking for a dedicated and dependable construction professional to support various construction and landscaping initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely and efficiently operate Bobcat skid-steer loaders and other heavy machinery.
  • Engage in activities such as grading, excavation, material handling, and site preparation.
  • Perform heavy lifting and utilize hand tools, including measuring tapes and battery-powered drills.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery and report any concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and team members to ensure the timely and precise completion of tasks.
  • Follow all safety regulations and protocols diligently.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience operating Bobcat equipment and similar machinery.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
  • Strong focus on detail and safety practices.
  • Good physical fitness and capability to meet job demands.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
