We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team at GSP Custom Homes Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our premises.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris; empty trash cans and other waste containers.
- Facilities Support: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings; perform safety and security checks; perform routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
- Groundskeeping: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens; clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
- Adaptability: Work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset; permanent position with 35 hours per week.
- Language: English.
