Essential Qualifications:

1. Valid British Columbia Professional Teaching Certificate.
2. Recent and successful teaching experience.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to implement BC's Education Plan and the Redesigned Curriculum.
4. Commitment to achieving the goals of the School and District.
5. Experience in differentiating instruction and providing inclusive learning opportunities tailored to the diverse needs of all students.
6. Training or experience in Quality Assessment practices.

Compensation:
As per the collective agreement, On-Call Teachers are compensated with a daily rate that varies based on experience and qualifications. Teachers in this role are also eligible for participation in an Extended Health Benefits plan and a dental plan.
