About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Motor Systems Technician to join our team at DREAMAIR HEATING AND COOLING INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and observe electrical and mechanical conditions of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Replace or recondition shafts, bearings, commutators, and other components to extend the lifespan of our electrical equipment.
  • Perform static or dynamic balancing of armatures or rotors to ensure smooth operation.
  • Test repaired motors, transformers, switchgear, or other electrical apparatus to guarantee proper performance.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in electrical motor systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Accurate and client-focused with a strong work ethic.
