About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Specialist to join our team at Envision Fundraising Inc. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Fundraising Strategies
    • Design and execute comprehensive fundraising plans to meet or exceed annual fundraising goals
    • Identify and cultivate new funding opportunities, including corporate sponsorships and individual donors
  • Build and Maintain Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, corporate partners, and community leaders
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Manage Fundraising Events
    • Plan and execute successful fundraising events, including galas, auctions, and campaigns
    • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and marketing
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
    • Respond to donor inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
    • Ensure timely and accurate acknowledgement of donations
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in fundraising or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
