We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ECE Assistant to join our team at B&D Montessori Learning Academy Ltd.

Job Summary:

The ECE Assistant will provide support to our experienced ECEs in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children aged [insert age range]. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and implementing daily activities and programs for children
  • Support the ECEs in creating a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the ECEs or management
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) diploma or equivalent
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) certification
  • Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR certification
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Immunization records
  • Criminal record check
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children with special needs
  • Experience working in a Montessori environment
  • Knowledge of child development theories and practices
