We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Home Care Specialist. As an Occupational Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in their own homes, providing personalized therapy services that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop comprehensive therapy care plans for clients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy services, including health promotion programs, equipment prescription, and client safety measures.
  • Collaborate with clients, family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex client needs and develop creative solutions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
