KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the comprehensive NetSuite implementation across various sectors.
  • Possess hands-on experience in the complete project lifecycle and lead teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collect and document business requirements while engaging in project discovery and scoping with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients to tailor NetSuite software to meet their specific business needs.
  • Evaluate solutions for business requirements that may involve intricate configurations and/or technical elements.
  • Specify detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations within NetSuite.
  • Partner with technical teams to design and validate automations and integrations.
  • Conduct quality assessments of deliverables produced by team members.
  • Engage and communicate with Project Managers and colleagues to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
  • Strive to meet or surpass billable utilization targets.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years of advanced accounting expertise in NetSuite.
  • Proven success in implementing FAM, ARM, intercompany transactions, budgeting, advanced financials, and exceptional reporting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with multibook accounting and SuiteProject is advantageous.
  • Understanding of P2P, O2C, R2R, tax setup, period setup, and closing processes.
  • Experience in leading or participating in implementation projects.
