We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate – Forklift Operator to join our National Distribution Centre. This role offers a unique opportunity to become part of a dynamic team where you can grow and provide outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:


• Ensure excellence in execution by processing customer orders and returns accurately and promptly.


• Achieve team targets by proactively engaging in assigned tasks.


• Perform all customer-facing duties with speed and precision.


• Enhance order accuracy and improve inventory management.


• Meet individual efficiency and cycle time goals.


• Adhere to all customer service metrics and company policies.

Forklift Operations:


• Operate all equipment safely and maintain required certifications.


• Conduct regular inspections of equipment in compliance with company policies.

Receiving Duties:


• Unload products from delivery vehicles and verify shipments against purchase orders.


• Inspect, sort, and count inventory accurately.


• Prepare products for storage activities.

Returns and Restocking:


• Manage the unloading of products from shipping containers and prepare them for credit processing.


• Sort and control inventory for restocking or return to vendors.


• Prepare inventory for restocking and ensure proper placement in storage.

Fulfillment Responsibilities:


• Organize inventory in designated locations and prepare orders for picking.


• Pack, label, and verify customer orders for shipping.


• Scan, weigh, and dispatch customer orders efficiently.


• Assist with inventory kitting as needed.

Inventory Management:


• Consolidate inventory and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy.


• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and equipment.


• Oversee inventory of packing materials and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Valid forklift license with a minimum of 3 years of experience operating forklifts.
  • Strong understanding of RF technology and inventory management.
  • Able to quickly learn new processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting targets and following detailed instructions.
