Job Title: General Construction Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Construction Labourer to join our team at Peace Country Rentals & Sales Inc. As a General Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to construction, maintenance, and repair of equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work on equipment and facilities
  • Operate forklift and other heavy equipment
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
  • Clean and maintain equipment and facilities
  • Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
  • Valid driver's licence and own transportation

Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding. The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors and in a dusty environment. The candidate will also be required to work with heavy equipment and lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
