About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at ELEGANCE HAIR DESIGN. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our front end staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and order merchandise as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are working efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
