- Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and safe food preparation.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and organized.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and a positive dining experience.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience and training are essential.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Setting: This role is based in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and you must be comfortable working in a physically demanding role.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role, and proficiency in English is required.
