Car Wash Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Wash Supervisor to join our team at Lave autos soleil. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our car wash facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including payment processing and budgeting.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and minimize downtime.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the car wash industry.
- Language: Fluency in French is required.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
